Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, business name, telephone number, email address, campaign requirements and message. Booking and payment records may also be retained.

How we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare artwork and quotes, manage bookings, deliver campaigns, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Young people and parents

Employment interest involving anyone under 18 may require parent or carer details, emergency contacts and information needed for safeguarding, safe working, payment records and child-employment permits. This information is requested only when appropriate and is not shared with advertisers.

Route and location data

Delivery routes are recorded through a private, business-controlled Strava account. Young distributors do not need public personal Strava accounts. Live locations are not published. Privacy zones are used around home and meeting locations, and customer evidence is limited to completed route information with personal details removed.

Retention

Completed route evidence is normally retained for 12 months and then deleted unless needed for a complaint, legal obligation or ongoing customer matter. Other business and employment records are kept only as long as reasonably required.

Sharing

We may share necessary information with service providers, professional advisers or public authorities, including councils administering child-employment permits. Website enquiries are processed through Google Forms or Netlify Forms, and route tracking is processed through Strava. We share only what is required.
